Hello!
I'm Karen, a Scotland-based Yoga Teacher and Community Fundraiser for a Mental Health Charity.
I started my practice in my early twenties for recurring back pain, from my first class on I realised this practice was not only going to do wonders for my back (though it healed within weeks), the impact it had on my mental and physical health was amazing.
Yoga became something I needed and I kept finding myself back on my mat, soon realising there was so much more to Yoga than the asanas (postures). Through the 8 limbs of yoga, I started to feel calmer, more present and with a gratitude for life I hadn't felt before.
I’m here to offer an inviting, safe space for my students, and to share this wonderful practice in the hope others can benefit from Yoga with me.
